Home staging and decorating are different activities.

  • Home staging is preparing the house in a neutral way so that it appeals to as many people as possible. It combines interior design and real estate marketing techniques to sell / rent faster and at the best price.
  • Free consultation – We will visit and assess the property.
  • We will send you a quotation within 3 (business) days
  • Once the quote is accepted, we will give you an installation date! At this point 50% of the quote should be paid. The installation will not start until payment is made.
  • We stage the property and complete it within the agreed timeframe. You will receive your edited photos within 48 (business) hours.
  • The remaining 50% should be paid within 5 days after the completion of the staging part.
  • We collect the material once the house is sold, pledged or reserved, or within the timeframe stipulated in the contract, normally a maximum of 3 months after the intervention. As a customer you will have the obligation to notify us about the status of the sale.
We charge € 80 for photographs for properties up to 2 bedrooms.

As for a written consultation, our prices are around € 100.

For the rest of services, different elements such as the size of the house, the number of rooms, the general state of the property and whether there is any type of furniture or not should be taken into account.

Remember that our hands on staging service is tailored to each client, and can provide as much or little support as you need to prepare your home for sale. We will work to your budgets and quote to suit your needs.

In more than half of the cases (60%) the sale or rental price rises; in the rest (40%) the price stays the same. In no case it goes down.

The cost of staging by a professional can mean money in the bank for you. If staging helps you sell your home sooner (keeps it from being out there so long that people start wondering what’s wrong with it); if it saves you a month or more of carrying expenses; if it creates the kind of buzz that brings in offers above your asking price then your money is well spent. It actually costs more not to stage—the average cost of a complete staging is usually much less than your first price reduction.

Our rental is for a maximum of 3 months but if you need more time you just have to let us know.

The initial consultation will take between 30 minutes to one hour. The actual staging can take 1 to 3 days depending on the size of the property and type of intervention needed.
